Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are managed by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, MaxGrip Fitness cannot guarantee modifications or refunds.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MaxGrip Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If tracking indicates the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be modified.
